•Monitoring subcontractors’ performance to ensure project plans and milestones are met
•Directions and day-to-day coordination of subcontractors
•Assessing activities, ensuring a balance of cost to meet objectives and time constrictions
•Enforcement of health, safety, and quality control policies
•Actively assist and value-add to Spark’s social procurement strategy
•Actively seek opportunities to employ priority jobseekers and to procure goods and services from Aboriginal businesses and social enterprises
•Conduct thorough performance management evaluation for direct and indirect reports as defined by the SPARK Performance management Development System.
•Ensure compliance in commercial and financial management including meeting budgets and identifying cost saving measures
•Review design documentation, read drawings, provide constructive review and oversee implementation of final designs
