Construction Superintendent

We are currently seeking Expressions of Interest for Construction Superintendents to join our team to work on a multi-billion-dollar EPC projects – we have opportunities with Greenfield and current projects. 

Initially the roles will be based in the Perth office / remote / FIFO - then site based in Karratha, WA.

What you will bring to the team:

  • Previous experience in the following areas: Marine, Structures, Dredging, Civil, Construction, Earthworks, Services, or Piling
  • Degree qualified in relevant Engineering discipline Mechanical/ Civil/ Electrical with relevant hands-on project engineering experience within the Marine, Buildings/Structures
  • Strong commitment to safety from design to construction
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work well in a team
  • Knowledge of Australian Codes and Standards
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving working skills with the ability to set priorities and manage own time

Your focus will include:

  • Providing detailed engineering input that ensures delivery of works on time and within budget to client satisfaction
  • Working closely with the project team including engineers, sub-contractors, planners, procurement, HSSE, commercial, and QA/QC staff to ensure timely, cost effective and fit for purpose engineering and construction
  • Participating in hazard and safety reviews on site, and executing visible safety leadership
