Clough, as part of the Integrate Alliance, is delivering the engineering, procurement and construction for the upgrade of the Woodman Point Sludge Treatment Facilities, a significant sustainable infrastructure project for the Perth community, reducing waste and emissions. 

We are currently searching for a Completions Coordinator to join the Woodman Point Project team in Perth. You will be responsible for the execution and coordination of the completions workflow and system management.

Your focus will include:

  • Maintaining the Completions System ITR matrix to ensure it is reflective of any additional asset types & TM relationships (content to be specified by the quality team)

  • Manage the up-load of asset data from the design team to the Completion’s System and any MOC for this (roll-back version control).  

  • Be responsible for ensuring that Construction redlines, and Commissioning blue-lines are communicated / drafted / approved (i.e. managed) as required and closed out prior to handover between teams and to the client (this has an interface with engineering and document control)

  • Ensure planned Completions tasks (ITR execution) are allocated to correct workgroups and that work breakdown hold-points/ certification milestones are adhered to per the Quality Plan, Commissioning Head Plan and Master Asset Systemisation Matrix.

  • Manage completion’s task feedback & punch-list allocation to correct workgroups and any subsequent close-out verifications.

  • Assisting the Commissioning and Completions Manager in preparing accurate completions progress and punch-list reports.

  • Managing completions system data export and reporting for handover to client in cooperation with the Information Management and Document Control team.

  • Completion’s system User Training of staff, trades & sub-contractors

What you will bring to the team:

  • Prefer tertiary qualifications (e.g. BSc Eng or Information Management).

  • Typically, a minimum 5 years relevant experience with managing site-based QA/QC system implementation, document control and/or completions systems

  • Familiar with paper-less (PDA / PC based) completion’s systems and databases.

  • Have worked in a complex industrial asset industry – either in construction, delivery or a maintenance coordination / scheduling role.

  • Experience with Intergraph-Hexagon Smart Completions Application – or similar systems (Co-Console etc)
