Clough has an exciting opportunity for a Completions Administrator to join the Waitsia Project Team in Dongara! In this role, you will be the key interface with Contractors & Engineering in data gathering activities for CCMS population and to compile and generate documentation for turnover/handover dossiers from CCMS.

Clough is delivering the engineering, procurement and construction for the Waitsia Gas Project Stage 2 development, near Dongara, Western Australia.

Your focus will include:

  • Assist with managing the data within the Commissioning Completions Management System (CCMS).

  • Ensure that completion processes are followed, and data is correctly entered and maintained throughout the project.

  • Monitor handover status and provide lookahead reports, while generating daily, weekly, and monthly completion summaries of project milestones.

  • Manage the creation and modification of systems and assets within CCMS, as well as assigning checklists to relevant project personnel.

  • Collaborate with project teams to coordinate walk-downs and ensure that handover targets are met.

  • Assist in the preparation of documentation required for certificate signoff, ensuring all necessary paperwork is accurate and complete.

  • Manage the data change request process, tracking and processing changes to project data as needed.

  • Attend project coordination and interface meetings.

  • Support the Completions Lead with day-to-day tasks.

What you will bring to the team:

  • Min. 3yrs in site coordination in construction Mining or O&G

  • Extensive software skills (MS Word, P/Point, Excel, Outlook)

  • Technical project support experience

  • Current C Class Drivers Licence

  • A demonstrated ability to work autonomously

  • Strong organisational skills and able to multi-task efficiently

  • Able to remain calm under pressure and to lead by example

  • Excellent communication skills to liaise at all levels and while interfacing with stakeholders
