Accounts Payable Officer

Clough has an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Officer to join the Accounting Shared Services team in Perth! In this role, you will effectively manage end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) operations, including high-volume processing, deadlines, and reconciliations.

Your focus will include:

  • Accounts payable data entry

  • Accounts payable reconciliation 

  • Payment selection and EFT preparation  

  • Liaising with project staff regarding invoice approvals  

  • Liaising with suppliers regarding queries  

  • Distributing invoices for approval  

  • Reconciling statements  

  • Supplier Bank Account Setup

  • Processing and Reconciliation of Staff Expenses

What you will bring to the team:

  • A positive attitude, exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills

  • Prior experience in an Accounts Payable role using a large ERP system.

  • Ability to build rapport with internal staff and external suppliers.

  • Advanced MS Office suite skill; proficient with Microsoft Excel

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
