Clough is pleased to announce the appointment of Brent Maas as Chief Financial Officer to lead the business’ global finance function through its next phase of growth and transformation.

Brent will join Clough’s Executive Committee and will be based at Clough’s Brisbane office.

Brent re-joined Clough at the beginning of 2021 as Vice President, Services Australia and Asia Pacific, bringing with him over 20 years of experience in the engineering, maintenance, and construction industries for the resources, energy, utilities and defence industries, with a prominent background in finance. Since then, Brent has been responsible for the growth and management of the Clough’s Brisbane and Papua New Guinea operations, which holds a long-standing and strong reputation for Clough, as well as the consolidation of Clough’s Asset Services business, e2o.

Over his career, Brent has worked in senior roles including Chief Financial Officer, Director of Finance and Operations, and General Manager, overseeing and managing various corporate and project teams.   

Prior to joining Clough, Brent was General Manager - Finance for UGL, based in Melbourne and Group Manager - Transformation for AusGroup in Perth.
